1. Our Fragrance Collection
At Fragrance Lab, we offer a curated selection of world-class perfumery. This includes:

Designer Brands: Authentic, original fragrances sourced via authorised distributors.

The Lab Collection: Our "Inspired-by" range, which uses high-concentration imported oils to recreate famous scent profiles at an accessible price point.
2. 7-Day "Change of Mind" Return
In accordance with the South African ECT Act, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Sealed Condition: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we can only accept "Change of Mind" returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed cellophane packaging.

The "Scent Test" Rule: We cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or sprayed, as the product can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your bottle arrives with a defect (e.g., a broken spray nozzle or leaking), please contact us at sales@fragrancelab.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping costs.
4. Shipping & Lead Times
To maintain the highest oil concentration and provide the best pricing, we utilise an international fulfilment model.

Processing & Delivery: Our standard lead time is 12 to 17 business days.

Customs & Quality Control: This window allows your fragrance to clear our international quality checks and local customs before being handed to our local courier partners for final delivery.
5. How to Process a Return
Contact our team to receive a Return Authorization. Please do not ship items to the address on the parcel. All returns are processed at our central quality-control facility in South Africa to ensure a speedy resolution for you.
